VeloMinck is not suitable for storing e.g. cargo bikes or tricycles.
Each VeloMinck is equipped with cameras, allowing real-time monitoring of the system, both by the system owner and Lo Minck Mobility. Moreover, the system is remotely controllable.

The parking time of a bicycle is very short and usually limited to a few seconds. The user signs in e.g. with a pass, after which the door opens and the bicycle can be parked. The door then closes and the bicycle is parked automatically.
The waiting time when collecting the bicycle depends on the position of the bicycle in the system, the parking capacity of the VeloMinck system and the level where the bicycles are parked. If e.g. the bicycles are parked at level -1, the waiting time is shorter than if the bicycle is parked at level -3. In general, depending on the parameters mentioned, the waiting time is 30 to 60 seconds.

Lo Minck Mobility's product portfolio includes, in addition to VeloMinck® yet another automatic bicycle parking system, namely VelowSpace®. The storage principle of VelowSpace® is based on a carousel, in which up to 24 bicycles can be stored. The front wheel is clamped in a front wheel clamp system patented by Lo Minck Mobility. A cleverly designed wheel chute ensures that bicycles are stored stably and correctly in the wheel clamp at all times. VelowSpace® is suitable for rental bikes as well as 'own' bikes.
